Everyone should have a Living Will and Advance Health Care Directives – not just cancer patients and survivors.

These documents allow you to spell out just the kind of care you want – or don't want. They're a great help to family and friends who will know your wishes if they're ever faced with tough decisions.

While many people may want to have an attorney prepare these documents, you can download the Pennsylvania forms and fill them out yourself.
